Anything on this site can be challenged, by anyone, including the operators it describes. A citable source changes the record.
How to raise one
Tell us which page and which specific claim is wrong, and what the correct position is. The single most useful thing you can send is a link to the operator’s own current documentation — that is the strongest evidence class we recognise, and it settles most disputes immediately.
Do not send personal information with a correction. Describe the record, not yourself. We do not need your name, your account, your documents, or a support transcript, and a correction containing them will be discarded rather than filed.
Correction intake is not open. Do not send personal data. There is no mailbox, form, or other public contact channel on this page.
What happens next
- The challenge is recorded against the specific record it disputes.
- It is checked against the source hierarchy. Where the challenge cites a stronger source than the one we used, the stronger source wins — including when that makes an operator look better.
- The record is updated, rejected, or partially accepted, and the outcome is logged below with what actually changed.
- Superseded records are kept rather than deleted. The history of what we said and when is part of the evidence.
Operators
If you operate a site we track, you can correct any figure attributed to you against your own published terms, and we will publish your response alongside any operational notice.
What a correction cannot do is remove an accurately-sourced operational fact, and the process is not conditional on any commercial relationship. We have no arrangement under which a page changes because of a payment.
