First versus repeat

The first redemption usually includes identity verification. A later one usually does not. A single number that mixes them describes an experience nobody had.

Public figures on this site come from a first-redemption sample or a repeat-redemption sample. If both exist they are labelled separately. There is no unlabelled “the” cashout time.
