A maximum is not a typical time

When an operator publishes a ceiling, Ash Reserve prints a ceiling. Converting it into a typical time would invent a claim the operator never made.

High 5 Casino’s Official Rules say a prize “may take up to ten (10) days”. That is shown as “Up to 10 days”, not as a median and not as business days — the document does not use that unit. Fortune Wins publishes no numeric processing window; “as soon as practicable” is not turned into a number.
